What we offer 

The DW Visitor Service offers media professionals and partners in international cooperation the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of DW, providing a platform for personal encounters and professional exchange.

How does DW, a global information provider, deal with the rise of disinformation and fake news? What does journalism signify in the age of artificial intelligence? How does DW contribute to strengthening press freedom and engage its global audience? 

Our visitor programs are especially designed to meet your urgent questions and interests. In discussions with our DW experts, you can delve deeper into your focus topics. If possible, we'll arrange a meeting with the editorial team of your region. 

At DW, you can also experience a piece of German history. We'll take you on a guided tour through the architecture of DW’s headquarters in Bonn’s former government district, or through our Berlin studios, situated at an old industrial complex in the dictrict of Wedding.

Practical information

The visitor programs are available in German, English, French and Spanish. The visits usually last two hours and are free of charge. We are able to accommodate up to 15 participants on weekday mornings or afternoons. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your individual ideas and wishes. 

If you can’t visit us, we're happy to attend your institution or conference or offer online programs. Due to high demand, kindly provide at least one month's notice, including your organization's name, number of participants, and visit purpose. Please send your request to [email protected].
