At least seven people have been killed in a suicide bomb attack in Kabul. Dozens of others were wounded when a car laden with explosives detonated outside the NATO headquarters in the Afghan capital, which is also near the US embassy and the presidential palace. Taliban militia have claimed responsibility for the attack which comes only five days ahead of presidential and provincial council elections. President Hamid Karzai condemned the attack insisting that Afghans would not be scared away from going to the voting booths.
