Famous first children before Barron Trump
January 20, 2017The White House has 132 rooms, including 35 bathrooms, plus abundant grounds and surrounding gardens. That's plenty of room for a president and his family - and also for treehouses, ponies, cats and dogs.
Over the decades, countless kids have moved in and brought their toys to the famous house. Some even brought pets, like Caroline Kennedy and Quentin Roosevelt and their ponies.
For those who had outgrown ponies and treehouses, the White House also offered plenty of space for a romantic wedding: Tricia Nixon Cox, the daughter of President Richard Nixon, married in the White House Rose Garden in 1971.
Some, like the Obama girls and the Kennedy children, lived at this most famous of addresses. Others just spent a great deal of time there, like Donald Trump's son Barron is set to do.
