Caribbean nations plan to sue for slavery

A group of Caribbean states is preparing for court action against their former European colonizers and slaveholders. A resident of Jamaica's first village for freed slaves, Alton "Lucky" Cooper, is among those calling for justice almost two centuries after slavery was abolished.
