Voting in Europe

In May, more than 400 million eligible voters living in the EU's 28 member states will choose their representatives for the European parliament. That is, if they choose to vote because voters in the EU are increasingly turning their backs on the institution. Now radical nationalist and anti-EU parties are hoping to cash in on voter apathy which could change the EU landscape. Nathan Morley reports.
