Thursday was the first anniversary of the Charlie Hebdo killings in Paris when two hooded men burst into an editorial meeting at the satirical magazine and shot dead 11 people. The attackers said they were taking revenge for the Prophet Mohammed who had been caricatured in the magazine. This week, 'Charlie' brought out a special edition. Controversial as usual.
