In places of conflict and war, the staff of "Doctors without Borders" are often the only medical experts available to civilians. But recently, the doctors themselves have increasingly come under fire. They've had to withdraw from places that have become too dangerous to work in. And that's had a detrimental impact on those in need of medical care.
