EU and Latin American leaders summit in Lima: final declaration on fighting food crisis, poverty and climate change - je 17.05.2008 10

EU and Latin American leaders meeting for a summit in the Peruvian capital Lima have voiced deep concern about rising food prices. In its final declaration the summit said "immediate" measures were needed to assist countries worst hit by the crisis. The summit also focussed on the fight against poverty and climate change.
