European leaders were holding a second day of talks on the eurozone debt crisis - with trans-Atlantic divisions deepending over how to spur economic growth. Arriving at the EU conference in the Polish city of Wrats-lav - the 27 EU finance ministers are looking to chart a way forward after rejecting US calls for more cash for government bailouts. EU finance ministers say the best way forward is austerity and not Eurobonds - which would make countries like Germany liable for government debt in countries like Greece and Portugal. Washington's support for Eurobonds and its call for a loosening of EU fiscal policy has received a cold response at the talks.
