EU finance ministers approve ten billion euro bailout for Cyprus

EU Finance Ministers in Dublin have approved a ten-billion euro bailout for the indebt island of Cyprus. But Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem says there will be no additional cash from the EU for Cyprus even though Nicosia now says it needs an additional six billion euros.
