Fallout in Brussels after the Swiss immigration referendum

This past Sunday Europe was stunned by Switzerland - when the people in the Alpine country voted in a referendum to cap immigration levels. The European Union, for one, was not pleased. Inside Europe asked our Brussels correspondent how the vote was received at EU headquarters.
