Israeli leaders appear to be moving towards a ceasefire in Gaza. Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni is on her way to Washington to discuss ways to stop arms smuggling into Gaza. And Israel's chief negotiator Amos Gilad is flying to Cairo for discussions on the Eyptian truce intiative. Hamas has indicated it would accept a year long ceasefire if certain conditions were met. This - as Israel pressed ahead with it military offensive in Gaza for a 21st day. Palestians officials say more than 11 hundred people have been killed.
