German-affiliated PACs contribute to US congressional candidates

US subsidiaries of German companies have contributed more than half a million dollars to the US election campaign through Political Action Commitees, or PACs. Donating mainly fo congressional candidates, the German-affiliated PACs are free to collect contributions from their US employees.
