GM says it will keep its Opel plants in Bochum and Kaiserslautern

General Motors says a deal to sell off Saab to Swedish firm - Koenigsegg Group - has collapsed. News of that development comes as GM prepares to unveil major changes at its pan-European subsidiary Opel-Vauxhall. On Tuesday, GM said its Opel factories in the German cities of Bochum and Kaiserslautern will ''remain important business locations in the future''.
