A few years ago, the Jewish community in Porto, Portugal was struggling to survive. Now, Jews from all over the world are flocking there, some even opting to make it their home. It's partly thanks to a 2013 law which offers citizenship to the descendants of thousands of Jews who were forced to flee the country at the end of the fifteenth century. Hagar Jobse reports.
