Inside Europe: Social media and the NO campaign in Turkey

Polls in Turkey indicate that results of the April referendum to extend presidential powers are too close to call. Which is quite remarkable given that Erdogan controls most of the media, and many opposition politicians have been jailed under state of emergency powers. Part of the reason why the NO campaign has been successful, is its inspired use of social media. Dorian Jones reports.
