Inside Europe: Spain moves to suspend Catalonia's autonomy

The Spanish government said on Thursday it would begin the process of suspending Catalonia's autonomy, after the northern region failed to respond to Madrid's ultimatum to formally set independence plans aside. Triggering article 155 to suspend Catalonia's autonomy would be the first time Spain has used the article in its constitution in four decades. Correspondent, Guy Hedgecoe has more.
