Each year, millions of tourists and Catholics visit St Peter's Basilica and stand in the square to catch a glimpse of Pope Francis during one of his bi-weekly addresses. Even the dozens of stalls around the square reflect Catholicism - selling everything from papal blessings to mugs with saints on them. But as Megan Williams discovers, the vendors themselves aren't as Christian as you might think.
