Latvian foreign minister: Europe must keep focus on Ukraine

Latvia's foreign minister said Europe must continue to keep attention on the war in Ukraine while dealing with the conflict in the Middle East. Krisjanis Karins spoke to DW at a meeting of EU ministers in Luxembourg.
