Lisa writes in-depth analyses of German politics and society with a special focus on antisemitism and democracy-building.

Lisa started out in online- and video journalism with Germany's dpa news agency and the renowned national paper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, and joined DW in 2017.

She has traveled extensively. She says, spending time in Japan, Canada and South Korea helped broaden her mind and fanned her enthusiasm for quality journalism.
