At the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague, judges have ruled the trial of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic WILL continue in his absence. Karadzic has been boycotting the proceedings, claiming he hasn't had enough time to prepare his defense. As day two of the trial began, Judge O-Gon Kwon said Karadzic must accept the consequences of his boycott, and said the court will consider imposing a lawyer to represent him if the boycott continues. Karadzic is charged with 11 counts of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity for his role in the Bosnian war in the early 90's.
