Nato and Russia agree to resume security cooperation - ten months after Moscow's military intervention in Georgia

NATO and Russia say they have agreed to resume political and military cooperation. The announcement -- which came at a meeting of the NATO-Russia Council on the Greek island of Corfu -- puts an end to a ten-month breakdown in cooperation that followed the war last August between Russia and Georgia.
