It's been a busy day so far at the NATO summit in the Romanian capital Bucharest. Among the developments ... a formal invitation for Albania and Croatia to begin membership negotiations. And Macdeonia has been told that it can follow suit when it's resolved a dispute with NATO member Greece. Earlier, French President Nicolas Sarkozy confirmed France would be sending additional troops to Afghanistan.
