We begin in Poland, where the opposition has won a majority in Sunday's parliamentary election. The center right Civic Platform party took 41 percent of the vote, positioning its leader Donald Tusk to become the next Prime Minister. He would replace the controversial Jaroslaw Kachinski, who has conceded defeat. Kachinski's twin brother Lech, who is president, is set to remain in office until 2010.
