Russia and the United States say they have made significant progress during disarmament talks in Moscow

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tried to present a united front with Russia on Iran's nuclear programm after meeting with her counterpart in Moscow on Tuesday. Also on the agenda of today's talks was a new US-Russian treaty to reduce stockpiles of nuclear arms and missile defence.
