There are questions as to whether Greece can push through yet more deep cuts with the nation hit by a new general strike and with thousands protesting in Athens and other cities today. Scuffles broke out on Syntagma Square in the capital - where crowds braved cold rains to vent their anger at the EU and at Germany.
