Spinning the Bottle

Forget kissing the cute girl across the circle. Later this month in Cologne, a lucky spin of the bottle could get her nearly naked.

Contestants at the German Spin the Bottle Championship will answer trivia questions to keep their clothes and win the German Bottle Spinning Championship. The first-ever German spin-off will have 64 contestants.

Since this is the strip-to-the-bikini version of the old-fashioned party game, organizers made sure to announce that Miss Cologne and several other beauty queens will be among the spinners in the Nov. 16 championships.

Wannabe bottle spinning champions will sit in circles of four around tables. If the bottle points to them, they'll have to answer a question in 10 seconds or less. Similar to strip poker, wrong answers will mean losing clothing.

The grand prize? A cool 1,000 euros plus a year-long supply of beer.
