The ongoing strike at Lufthansa will now force Germany's biggest airline to cancel about 10 percent of its European flights in the next five days. Three days into the strike, Lufthansa has also had to cancel long-haul flights for the first time. About 5,000 members of the Verdi services union started an open-ended strike on Monday, and though delays and cancellations have been relatively slight so far, the union says it expects the impact to increase in the coming days. +++SYN-MAZ+++
