Should parents be held liable for their children's crimes?

In Zimbabwe, there is a law making parents entirely responsible for crimes committed by their kids who are under 18. Some parents are not entirely in agreement with the law, saying some children pick up bad behavior from their peers in school and even on social media platforms. We also wanted to get Ghanaian parents' perspectives on the Zimbabwean law, #77Percent #DWAfrica.
