A week after the Love Parade tragedy in Duisburg, public pressure is mounting for those responsible to be held accountable. 21 people were crushed to death at the techno music festival, with another 500 injured. The mayor of Duisburg, Adolf Sauerland, has borne much of the criticism. He's resisted calls for his immediate resignation, but on Monday he declared himself willing to undergo a vote of confidence.
