US president Barack Obama says he was 'humbled' upon hearing he's been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize

Obama also underscored his call for global disarmament and his administration's efforts to broker a mideast peace deal. Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg said the president would travel to Oslo to accept the award on December 10th.
