Von der Leyen: 'It's a very emotional day'

As the UK prepares to leaves the European Union, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen says a fond farewell. Speaking to DW's Brussels Bureau Chief Max Hofmann, she also had a warning for Britain.
