The United Nations General Assembly has voted on a resolution that will create an international day to commemorate the genocide committed by Bosnian Serbs in Srebrenica in 1995. Serb leaders, however, deny that the massacre constitued genocide, and say the resolution could lead to the breakup of an already fractured state.
