World Economic Forum: Consequences of the financial crises are also felt in Africa

The World Economic Forum is meeting in South Africa today. Ahead of the meeting, the World Bank, the African Development Bank and the World Economic Forum published a competitiveness survey, looking at businesses across the continent, and guaging how they are coping with the economic downturn.
