World in Progress: Zimbabwe's debate about the death penalty

More than 100 people are on death row in Zimbabwe, were executions have not taken place in over a decade. That's partly due to the fact that the justice ministry has not been able to find someone who will carry out executions. And the debate about the abolition of capital punishment has been rekindled in the country.
