World is re-entering nuclear arms race, new report finds

Susi Snyder of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons spoke with DW about a new report she co-authored. It found that nuclear powers are modernizing their arsenals, spending up to 3000 dollars per second in 2023.
