公民异议促使人大争取更多的法律保障

艾未未妻子致函人大要求删除"艾未未条款"

9月28日，中国知名艺术家艾未未的妻子路青致函中国人大法律工作委员会，要求删除《刑事诉讼法修正案（草案）》中，公安机关采取拘留、逮捕、监视居住等强制措施可以不通知家属的排除性条款。

独立参选人引发的风波

中国的全国及地方各级人民代表大会每五年选举一次。《新苏黎世报》把它称为"模糊不清的选举"，这是因为人大选举"或多或少是共产党内部关门操作的过程"。在当前各地方人大代表即将换届之际，一些人士试图打破这种不透明的垄断状态。
