Vor dem Tribunal streiten Ärzte seit Donnerstag (30.08.2012) um die Prozessfähigkeit einer der Angeklagten. Das Verfahren gegen Thirith (80) war im vergangenen Jahr ausgesetzt worden, weil Ärzte Demenz festgestellt hatten. Das Gericht ordnete damals eine zweite Anhörung an um festzustellen, ob sich Iengs Zustand durch Medikamente verbessert. Die Angeklagte war am Donnerstag nicht im Gerichtssaal.
