中國國家主席胡錦濤今天（2月13日）抵達西非國家塞內加爾進行國事訪問。這是他本次出訪非洲的第三站，此前胡錦濤分別訪问了沙烏地阿拉伯和馬裡。在塞內加爾，前殖民宗主國法國多年來擁有巨大影響力，而來自中國的影響則微乎其微。不過現在情況發生了改變：一家又一家的中國店鋪在塞內加爾首都達喀爾陸續開張，大型建設項目的合同越來越多的流入中國公司的口袋。但是說中國人在塞內加爾受到普遍歡迎卻還為時過早。
